  • You hereby acknowledge and agree that, in case you withdraw your consent to NIRVAAN to use and disclose of your PII as provided for in this Policy, such action on your end will result in the termination of the Agreement and consequently effect in deactivation of the Customer’s account to the Services, restricting your right to access the Services made available by NIRVAAN.
