When Human Beings experience trauma or server life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great Passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a stressful/traumatic experience. I help my client, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationship so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, relax, Confident and safe.
No Single Approach is right one for every individual. So I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Music Therapy, Relaxation 
My Education background includes a MA in Psychology from Kurukshetra University. Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia. Complete internship from Fortis Mohali and GMCH in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology.
